(a) Our website provides free micro-classes and quizzes for educational purposes.

(b) Users are responsible for their own internet connection and any associated costs.

(c) We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website without notice.

(d) We reserve the right to modify the eligibility requirements for accessing and using 120seconds.org or some of its functionalities and to apply restrictions, including user age and geography restrictions.

(a) Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.

(b) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

(c) We reserve the right to terminate accounts or restrict access at our discretion and without prior notice.

(d) 120seconds.org may share user data (name and email) with partners to facilitate the redemption of rewards.

  1. Certificates and rewards

(a) Users may receive certificates and education credits upon successful completion of quizzes.

(b) Certificates and education credits are for personal use and do not imply any formal accreditation.

(c) We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the certificate and education credit features at any time.

(d) Certificates and education credits earned through completion of micro-classes may be redeemable for rewards offered by educators and sponsors. Users may be required to submit their name, email, and other personal data to receive certificates and reward codes. Unless stated otherwise, reward codes expire 6 months after issuance.

(e) Rewards may include discounts, coupons, or access to goods, services, or events. Reward codes are non-transferable and should not be shared.

(f) 120seconds.org is not responsible for the quality, availability, or functionality of the rewards provided by partners. Any issues related to the products or services offered as rewards should be resolved directly with the partner. Partners are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and availability of the rewards they offer through 120seconds.org. In the event that a product or service provided by a partner is defective, not as described, or cannot be accessed or received by the user, the partner bears full responsibility for resolving the issue. 120seconds.org does not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the rewards offered by partners and shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of or inability to use a reward provided by a partner.

  1. User Conduct

(a) Users agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the website.

(b) Users agree not to misuse or exploit the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

(c) Users must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website.

(d) Users must adhere to a basic ethical code, which includes: no cheating on quizzes, providing accurate information, completing micro-classes and quizzes honestly, and no sharing of reward codes.

(e) Users who violate the terms and conditions may be suspended or blocked from using 120seconds.org.

(a) This website and all content on the website, including micro-classes, quizzes, certificates, and rewards, are property of the Company and are protected, without limitation, by U.S., European Union, and international intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws.

(b) Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content on the website without our written permission.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

(a) Our website and content are provided “as is” without any warranties. This website, including all content, software, and functions made available on or accessed through or sent from this website, are provided “as is”, “as available”, and “with all faults”. To the fullest extent permissible by law, the Company and its affiliates make no representation, warranties, or endorsements of any kind whatsoever (express or implied) about the site or its content.
