Wine tastings in the winery and immersion in the production philosophy, discovering our wines.

• Tasting of about 1 hour, in which the customer drinks up to 4 glasses of varietals other than white, rose’, orange and red (both steel and barrel) with appetizers such as locally produced olives and taralli.
• Explanation of the history of Itria Valley, vineyards and the process of each type of wine production.
• Visit the cellar below where we have the barrels, amphorae and steel containers.
