Experience during visits to the Winery (duration about 1.30 – 2 hours)
─ Introduction: description of the Canavese territory, the native grape varieties Erbaluce and Canavese Nebbiolo, Luca Leggero’s wine project and philosophy
─ Tour of the Winery: from the winemaking room to the barrique cellar with Amphorae and bottle storage with detailed description of the entire production process, technical production choices and different wine aging routes
─ Tasting of the 5 wines accompanied by charcuterie and cheese board (2 Erbaluce, 1 Langhe Dolcetto, 2 Canavese Nebbiolo)
Events and tastings will take place in the large winemaking room immersed in a unique, cozy and very atmospheric setting directly among the barrels, just like in the old days.
