Can you imagine a journey into beer culture? A unique course to learn all the secrets of its preparation. An experience to be had at our brewery in the foothills of the Matese Mountains. Accompany our Master Brewer on an interactive and interesting journey.
Participate in the brewing process firsthand, witness the processing steps for malt crushing, pH measurement, OG, OFG.
Have lunch together, with a typical products tasting platter, including:
- Charcuterie and cheese board,
- Local bread with cream of Alifana onion Slow Food Presidium,
- Taralli with beer trebbia,
- Mozzarella di bufala
All accompanied by Karma beer tasting.
After lunch, assistance with hop sprays, transfer to the fermenter, yeast inoculation, plato degree measurement and trebbie cleaning.Il tutto accompagnato da degustazione di birra Karma.
