Inside the 18th-century structure, which has been owned by the Ingardia family for four generations, it is possible to participate in guided tours with technical tastings of the products, a journey through history but also through the scents, flavors and traditions of the island.
All tours will begin in the main courtyard of the “Baglio” where it will also be possible to admire the centuries-old olive trees recognized as Slow Food Presidium at the international level.
It will continue with a walk inside the walls to the Baronial garden and the historic vineyard until an inside tour of the structure, private chapel and historic company cooperage, now a tasting room.
At the end of the tour, seated at the table, our guests will be taken on a journey of discovery of the territory, olive growing and Sicilian viticulture of excellence.
During the technical tasting of our products, guests will be provided with: water and a basket of artisanal breadsticks and taralli.
