Agronomic walk through the rows of the farm’s vineyard and olive grove, discovering the organic farming method, native and allochthonous coultivars.
Guided tour of the cellar of the old Florio factory and visit to the Wine Museum whose owners were the Florio family-it is a fantastic example of industrial archeology.
Lunch/dinner includes about 8/9 typical Sicilian appetizers prepared with products from the farm. A first course made with pasta that is always homemade, dessert and fruit. The experience is accompanied by tasting the oil and wines that best match the courses served.
