Visit to the vinegar factory where Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO is produced, with explanation of the production process and tasting of balsamic vinegars at various stages of aging.
Afterwards, we will go to the tasting room where Tigelle (a typical local hot dumpling) will be served accompanied with platters of local cheeses and cured meats and various balsamic vinegars and organic balsamic vinegar compotes.
